Many are called, but few are chosen

The reason all is now quiet on the house-hunting front is we are now in the contract phase; that is, we have put in an offer and it has been accepted. Now for all the paperwork and running around leading up to closing. I'll share the details once we get to closing, currently scheduled for September 30.
