For me, it was the "Quote". At first I got *shudder* Bobby Flay *shudder* despite the fact that I didn't give "grilling" as a single answer. So, I changed to comparing slicing bacon and shaving a ferret. Voila! Alton Brown. (And I actually avoided most of his answers even though he is my favorite.)
