Update on the Polygamists
Texas court rules against polygamist removals
As I suspected, the state of Texas was found to not have met its legal burden of proof necessary to justify the removal of over 400 children from their mothers.
Side note: the mention of "400 children" brings up one of my favorite Mondegreens:

Now it does not mean that some of these kids were abused etc, but probably not ALL of them though.
Still, I would not put it past the church to even TRY to force child birth at a very, very young age and to TRY and create competition by weeding out the boys, being a fundamentalist sect of the JCLDS
