You know, I've always laughed at these things, although they are kind of crass. Around here, I've mostly seen homemade ones, made from a couple of tennis balls in socks.

But making them illegal? C'mon, that's way to Puritanical for a mature society.

If it's a question of free expression, then I think it is a waste of lawmaking time.

If it causes drivers to tailgate and/or rear end collisions, that's another story.
